Job Description:
About the Role:
At Cityblock Health, the Member Experience team is responsible for designing and implementing programming to support members through their end-to-end journey. We work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to develop integrated outreach and engagement campaigns across print, digital, and telephonic modalities.
The team is hiring a Regional Marketing Manager to help develop and implement tailored member campaigns to support our local market goals.
This role will serve as the primary point of contact between the Member Experience team, our local market teams and their health plan partners.
The Regional Marketing Manager will lead our new market implementations, which requires interfacing with cross-functional internal and external teams and stakeholders to develop co-branded collateral. The Regional Marketing Manager will also lead local initiatives like event strategy, segmented engagement campaigns, and maintaining relationships with our payer partners to facilitate ongoing collateral approvals.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of supporting online and offline engagement, organizing, or marketing programs through operational excellence, and familiarity with the healthcare industry – specifically Medicaid.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with Member Experience team leaders to develop member-facing campaigns including, but not limited to:
  • Market-specific onboarding campaigns
  • Event strategy with recruitment campaigns
  • Conduct research to support programming development
  • Draft program briefs to inform internal and external stakeholders
  • Support our team’s processes in our project management tool (ClickUp)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams – local market teams, creative and marketing teams, and external partner teams, when required – to ensure our campaigns are executed on-time and error-free
  • Help track progress across key KPIs and develop reports to communicate impact and ROI to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements for the Role:

  • Proven track record of supporting digital marketing, online and offline engagement, or organizing programs through operational excellence
  • Understanding of how to obtain and use data to both help inform strategic decisions AND how to measure performance and impact
  • An understanding of how to use market/consumer research to drive strategy
  • Experience designing events to achieve business objectives
  • Hands-on experience prioritizing running multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Previous experience working in a heavily regulated environment and/or with HIPAA-compliant marketing technology stacks a plus
  • Previous experience running marketing projects and campaigns designed for a Medicaid/Duals population a plus

The expected salary range for this position is:
$108,000 to $135,000
