Team Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Regional Leader to oversee multi-brand media operations across up to 9 markets in Latin America (LATAM). This role requires a strategic visionary with financial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to media planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large media agencies, driving efficiencies, and ensuring excellence in media execution. They must also excel in stakeholder management, coordinating, and negotiating with frontline leaders across different markets. Additionally, the candidate should bring a forward-looking, innovative approach to media and content strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a focus on multi-market operations.
  • Proven track record in managing large media budgets and leading media agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
