We are looking for a Regional Multinational Market Practice Development Leader for our business, to be based in London.

You’ll have a strong understanding and experience of insurance products, sales and channel management, specifically in the Multinational segment and are looking for a new sizeable challenge at a regional level to contribute to an important growth engine for the business.
- Experience in Underwriting or Distribution, or senior experience in Multinational operations would be desirable
- You bring highly developed relationship-building skills to develop cross-functional relationships internally, and to deliver phenomenal client value externally
- Strong communication skills, able to offer convincing narratives to a wide range of public and at ease talking with senior stakeholders
- A talent for training and coaching colleagues; ideally you bring significant previous experience upskilling others
- At ease working with data, conducting analyses and presenting report
Responsibilities:
SOME OF YOUR SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE:
- Overseeing the regional pipeline for Multinational by utilising Salesforce-based tools and dashboards to maintain high quality oversight over new business and renewal pipeline
- Providing regional business and client feedback and input into the global multinational value proposition and product and its positioning as part of overall Allianz Commercial Value Proposition in all key channels
- Upskilling and training the on-site Multinational Expert team in sales and account management principles to enable them to support key new business and renewal deals
- Advocating and developing the Multinational value proposition with other key functions in the business including Distribution, Underwriting, Claims and Risk Consulting.
- Regular and scheduled market engagement with our broker and client community.
- Developing regionally focused pitch presentations/marketing material
- Marketing and promotion campaigns (external and internal), event planning and involvement in multinational conferences
