Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight to our clinical teams across multiple communities. You will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with facility administrators and healthcare providers, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of care and the overall resident experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed required.
- Advanced degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations with a focus on skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality measures, and best practices in clinical care and patient safety.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve clinical excellence and quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop actionable plans, and drive implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to facility Directors of Nursing and clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives aimed at improving resident outcomes, satisfaction, and quality indicators.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical processes, systems, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to facility teams in managing complex clinical cases, implementing care plans, and addressing resident and family concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between facility clinical staff and corporate stakeholders, facilitating communication, sharing best practices, and driving alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, research, and regulations in healthcare and skilled nursing, and provide education and training to facility staff to ensure compliance and readiness.
