Regional Office Manager - Law Firm - New Haven & Boston offices
Direct-Hire / Permanent position

This position will be based out of the New Haven, CT office with a few days per month sitting in the Boston, MA office
The Regional Office Manager will manage operations of these two offices for a larger law firm, with the total employee count between the two offices being between 55-60, about 40 of which are Attorneys. Ideal candidates will have experience within a similar environment within professional services amd be comfortable in a fast pace, ever-changing environment with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative operations and attorney support services, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Directly manage non-attorney support personnel, providing guidance and direction as necessary.
  • Handle office facility related items, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable workspace.
  • Take part in human resource administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Monitor and manage the firm’s task delegation, work allocation, reporting, and workflow management system.
  • Coordinate activities and initiatives within the office to promote teamwork and efficiency.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by firm management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
    Our client offers a starting base salary in the $90’s annually with a medical insurance that begins almost immediately, a strong 401k contribution, and paid time off package. This position will also have access to additional perks and benefits as well.

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative management and office procedures
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proven ability to manage administrative office tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using office software including Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
