ABOUT THE ROLE

Satori Health is seeking a Regional Office Manager (ROM) role is an excellent development opportunity for those ready to take their leadership skills to the next level. As a key member of our Operations leadership team, you’ll gain hands-on experience overseeing multiple clinic operations, while directly impacting patient care, staff engagement, and clinic success. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role not only offers a chance to lead and mentor teams but also to collaborate closely across departments, influence strategic initiatives, and drive Satori Health’s mission of compassionate, high-quality care. RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinic Operations and Patient Services:

  • Lead daily patient care services across assigned clinics, driving quality, safety, and operational effectiveness to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, supportive environment by building strong relationships with clinic staff, medical providers, and allied health partners, encouraging open communication and optimized scheduling.
  • Empower clinics through innovative solutions and technology support, including EMR training, troubleshooting, and the integration of new tools and systems.
  • Oversee clinic budgets, guiding spending and revenue forecasts while upholding rigorous standards in compliance, privacy, and employee and patient safety.
  • Bring Satori Health’s culture of service excellence and compassionate care to life across all clinics.
  • Maintain a regular onsite presence, traveling between clinic locations to provide hands-on support and ensure each clinic’s needs are met.

People Leadership:

  • Inspire and mentor office managers in role competencies, goal-setting, and professional growth while building great teams that embody Satori’s values and commitment to high-quality patient care.
  • Champion continuous learning and career development for clinic staff, establishing robust training programs and growth pathways that empower individuals to excel in their roles.
