REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER - EDMONTON

Deveraux Apartment Communities, part of the Deveraux Group of Companies, is a progressive and award-winning property management company with a growing portfolio of newly constructed apartment communities across Western Canada. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic leader to oversee our Edmonton portfolio of best-in-class apartment communities which include 1,000 apartment units operational and 500 more slated for completion this year.
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will report to the Area Operations Manager and will be responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of Deveraux Apartment Communities in Edmonton. Your key objectives will be to maintain all properties to the highest standard, motivate your team to offer quality service, and provide a value-added living experience for residents. Key metrics of performance will be employee engagement, property condition, occupancy and leasing velocity as new properties become available.
Ideally, you will bring:
· leadership experience in a property management environment or in a related field
· experience managing teams as well as individual contributors

· strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions
· excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,501.00-$110,000.00 per year
