Regional Operations Manager, Growth Bets

What the Candidate Will Do

• Own and be accountable for your products, including direct P&L responsibility, drive KPIs, ongoing improvement of customer experience, regular monitoring, reporting, troubleshoot issues and develop improvement plans
• Partner with our central/global product, engineering and operations teams to develop solutions to meet rider needs/use cases
• Develop the experimentation and go to market plan for new launches/ roll-outs, promotional campaigns or continuous improvement of our product offerings - this includes being responsible for multiple products, new launches and ownership of continued growth
• Work with cross-functional partners and global teams to project manage the execution of business prioritie

What the Candidate Will Need / Basic qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations and business problem solving, applying analytics to address business challenges and recommend solutions
• Teamwork/ stakeholders management: you work well with other people and can handle engagement with multiple partners from different teams, locally and internationally
• Executional excellence/ Initiative and ownership: you manage and deliver end-to-end projects with autonomy in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines, and you have demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan and prioritise tasks across multiple project

Preferred Qualifications / Bonus points

• Business acumen: you have demonstrated knowledge of industry trends, competition, best practices, and other factors that affect profitability and business success
• Analytical skills: you can develop meaningful insights from complex data. You have experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization tools. You are highly proficient in Excel/Sheets; experience with SQL, Tableau, Python or similar is a plus
• Product innovation and launch is a plu

The Growth Bets team is responsible for launching, experimenting and growing new products like Uber for teens, Package and Intercity. We continually look for new and innovative solutions; whether it be launching a new low cost offering, a solution aimed at business travelers or the ability for riders to travel with their furry friend, you will need to take your products from 0 to 1, then 1 to 100.
