At Global Workspace Solution (GWS) we help our customers to operate their commercial real estate, production sites and technical facilities in a safe, energy- and cost-efficient way (integrated facility management), to repurpose or to convert them (project management).
We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Holzkirchen in a permanent position in in full time (40 hours) for our growing Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the provision of all contractually agreed facility management services to ensure and maintain site operations, considering CBRE’s internal cost and safety standards
- Manages planned, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with KPIs such as response and completion time
- Ensures proper documentation in the work order management system and develops reports to client as appropriate
- Responsible for compliance with national and local codes and regulations. Examples include fire and life safety, environmental, or industry/client specific third-party compliance standards.
- Responsible for identification and capital improvement projects, including cost analysis to be utilised in the preparation of client capital budgets
- Identifies and manages cost reductions in line with client agreed contractual commitments.
- Managing vendor service level performance working with sourcing colleagues to identify new vendors when appropriate
- Serves as point-person for all escalations for day-to-day office operations responsibilities, procedures and services including furniture, fixtures and equipment, security, supplies, mailing/shipping, maintenance, installation and repairs. Rectifies any issues or client concerns.
- Responsible for supervising IFM staff. Recommends staff recruitment, corrective action and termination if required. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviours consistent with company’s values
- Responsible for safety functions including emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, business continuity and evacuation procedures and plans. Actively promotes working safely and the importance of safe working practices
- Responsible for developing/monitoring client IFM budgets and reporting financial information in timely and accurate manner (Actuals, Forecasts, open PO’s etc.)
- Identifies, analyses and manages service bottlenecks and operational risks.
- Any other duties as required by the operational needs
