MERCEDES-BENZ STAR SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS & TRAITS:
- College diploma or University degree in Business Management or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting or relevant automotive position: preferably with a luxury manufacturer
- 5+ years of experience with wholesale sales management or dealer service/parts operations
- Consultative, analytical, and detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, presentation, training, and relationship-building skills; Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations and ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base in a timely manner.
- Territory management and dealer contact experience.
- Ability to work remotely without direct daily supervision and to frequently travel within the region (overnight travel may be required)
- Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself.
- Honest and professional, a strong team player.
- Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter.
Responsibilities:
The regional Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the sales performance regarding the business within the region that has been assigned.
