Regional Operations Manager

Cliste Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the performance, safety, and profitability of our group and managed hotels and properties. The successful candidate will ensure that all properties under their supervision are operating at optimal levels, adhering to the highest standards of service, and continuously striving for financial growth. This role encompasses managing existing properties, onboarding new hotels, handling management contracts, and leading development projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience as a General Manager and/or Senior Operations Manager in high-quality hotel operations, with a preference for multi-property management.
• Proven ability to drive hotel performance across financial, operational, and people metrics.
• Strong background in rooms and food & beverage management.
• Experience working within a group structure and liaising with hotel owners and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel frequently within the region and the ability to stay at different properties as required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms for business, and various analytical tools.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, delegate effectively, and prioritize tasks to ensure operational success.
