We’re seeking a sales driven Regional Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join our Asia Channel Sales Team to manage both Dell and TD Synnex. If you are an experienced leader with a passion for sales management, this role is for you. You will be the driving force behind these two global partners, inspiring them to achieve unprecedented growth by delivering cutting-edge AI solutions through their channels to customers across Asia.
As the Regional PDM for Dell and TD Synnex, you will spearhead the Channel Sales strategy for these partners in Asia, collaborating closely with the Global PDMs. Your role will require a challenger mindset, deep knowledge of the technology industry, insights into the Asia market, an understanding of the competitive landscape, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding the growth of these two world-class partners, enabling them to deliver market-defining solutions to our customers.
The Regional PDM for Dell & TD Synnex is crucial to our success in Asia, as a natural networker, you will forge strong connections with the Global PDMs and other Regional PDMs in Americas and EMEA. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with high-level executives within these partners’ organisations throughout Asia, transforming complex challenges into opportunities that contribute to the success of both Dell and TD Synnex and Microsoft in Asia.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (RQS/MQS)

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or related field AND 5+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, OR advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or related field AND 8+ years partner management, sales, developer, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Consultative Selling and developing tactics to manage pipeline, sales opportunities and meet sales goals by reviewing forecasts, assessing, and mitigating risks, and ensuring strategy alignment with business priorities.
  • Proven history as a strong negotiator with an ability to influence and achieve mutually satisfying agreements through negotiations.
  • Executive relationships: ability to interact confidently with senior leaders to present and address concerns regarding an existing project, program or solution.
  • Experience communicating with proficiency in English (both written and verbal), and an ability to deliver business and technical topics with clarity and accuracy to internal and external stakeholders across all seniorities.
