Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional People Operations Manager to lead and manage HR functions across Germany, the UK, and Sweden. The role will report to the Eastern and Northern Europe HR Director, based in Poland. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full employee life cycle, cultivate a high-performance culture, and ensure that our HR practices are aligned with both local labor regulations and the company’s strategic objectives. You’ll also provide leadership to the regional HR team and spearhead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster professional growth. Management of 1 HR advisor based in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to regional managers, offering proactive expertise on employment regulations, HR best practices, and talent management.
  • Lead and support the HR Associate in managing core HR operations, including onboarding, contracting, payroll, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across your scope.
  • Strengthen the company’s employer brand within the regional markets, driving visibility and promoting our unique culture.
  • Design and implement impactful employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Partner with global HR teams to drive key processes in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding at the regional level.
  • Provide tailored advice and guidance to managers on local employment laws, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions that improve HR processes and overall employee experience.
  • Drive and develop local HR programs and coordinate with the office management team local activities.

Qualifications
-

A minimum of 3 years of HR management experience or senior-level HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a multinational setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of German labor laws and HR practices; familiarity with UK and/or Swedish employment regulations is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and confidentially.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, data-driven approach to HR management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with G-Suite and HR systems like Workday is a plus.
