Responsibilities:
As a Regional People Partner at Storal, you will be responsible for our South of England nurseries, where you will support and drive our people strategy, ensuring that our nurseries operate effectively to a high standard, in line with our company values and UK legislation.
Working with openness and authenticity, you will collaborate with our regional leadership team, becoming a trusted partner, taking responsibility for providing up-to-date, expert HR guidance, and contributing to the overall success of our nurseries and organisational growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with regional and nursery leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a consistent approach to people management across the region.
Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
Talent Management: Work with the talent acquisition partner to engage new talent while also developing and implementing retention strategies, working closely with managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
Change Management: Support and lead organisational change initiatives within the region, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes for staff and operations.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and organise targeted development programmes with the in-house team to enhance staff skills and improve performance.
Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for all staff.
Compliance & HR Administration: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with current legislation, and maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
