Regional Procurement, Functional Excellence Analyst/ Senior Analyst

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE/GENERAL OVERVIEW:

• This role is to assist the Procurement Head in all scope indirect spend data and process management. Responsible for data collection, maintaining, forecasting and coordinating between different markets and ERP to provide analysis and monthly reports.
• Support Procure-to-Pay process execution across all different business units;Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university;
• Minimum 2 years experiences as data analyst or process excellence specialist or supporting role from Procurement or Supply Chain function.
• Strong excel and Power Point skill
• Analytical Skills
• SAP knowledge
• Experiences in project management
• Flexibility and capacity to learn
• Coordination and problem solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and driven

• Data capture and collection from all different ERP
• Analysis of spend data in different markets and different entities
• Coordinating process and data collection between markets and corporate team
• Monthly dashboard and other reports production
• Support market Procure-to-Pay process go live and training
• Vendor classification based on corporate standard taxonomy
• Review and maintain master vendor data
• Support Head of the Procurement in enforcing policy and proceduresOther Ad hoc tasks
