Job Description
Join us as a Regional Product Expert, the key link between our customers and internal teams in our office in Leuven. You’ll tackle diverse technical challenges, provide innovative solutions, and ensure seamless support across global regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers inquiries, collaborating with our internal service, sales, and global solutions teams.
  • Deliver technical support and solutions to our service organisation.
  • Assist in offer clarifications, spare parts needs, and service time estimations.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop training materials and documentation.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support new product integration, ensuring field services engineers are prepared for product launches.
  • Allocate time as follows: 20% customer visits, 40% desk support, 20% process and platform improvement, and 20% training.
