Description:
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:
- Define strategic direction, roadmap, and feature sets for products and product lines based on thorough analysis of customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to formulate compelling product visions that deliver unique value propositions.
- Provide comprehensive Sales & Development support across multiple countries in the SEA region, nurturing existing relationships and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Develop, validate, and execute Principal’s market implementation plans across Barentz, ensuring maximum profitability and market penetration.
- Generate actionable market and competitive intelligence insights to guide strategic decision-making and enhance market positioning.
- Facilitate effective business communication and knowledge transfer within the organization to promote transparency, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
- Strengthen the relationship network between Barentz and Principals to foster long-term partnerships and mutual growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities to expand existing partnerships and mandates with Principals.
- Address customer needs proactively and support sales teams through strategic product trainings and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including product introduction rates, customer sample requests, project milestones, and commercialization success rates.
- Track and optimize the opportunity pipeline creation and realization rates to maximize business growth and revenue.
