Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will collaborate with a high-performing team of property professionals, managing an impressive portfolio of freehold assets. Your role will involve executing the Asset Management Strategy to ensure profitability while delivering services that drive long-term value growth.

Responsibilities include;

  • Conduct industry standard cycling reports, financial analyses, and market comparisons.
  • Manage property budgets, including detailed income and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic asset plans.
  • Build and present strong business cases aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Handle tenant communications, arrears, fit outs, and make-good arrangements.
  • Lead Property and Centre Management teams to meet customer service standards.
  • Manage lease records, ensuring consistency with property databases and agreed terms.
  • Collaborate with legal team on transaction and litigation matters.
  • Manage lease negotiations, including renewals, assignments, sub-leases, surrenders and variations.
  • Support all initiatives as needed, including development and master planning.
