The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Property Manager to lead the property team in NSW. The Property Manager’s primary function is to play a strategic and functional role in the management and improvement of Keyton’s property assets within the region including:

  • Role is responsible for capex across all NSW and ACT villages
  • Managing a team of Project Managers in NSW/ACT
  • Managing maintenance services and compliance/legislative requirements
  • Driving and supporting the delivery of the property management strategy and capital expenditure program
  • Providing technical expertise to key stakeholders including the retirement village teams and regional staff

Your Background

  • Minimum of 10 years+ experience in capex / asset / facility management
  • Experience in people management and managing teams
  • Experience in contract administration
  • Conducting reports and presenting to variety of stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Valid drivers licence and own transport
  • Excellent communication skills and effortless rapport building
