An interesting vacancy has arisen for a Regional Property Manager working within the Commercial Property Management Team.

DESCRIPTION

The Regional Property Manager (RPM) oversees the day-to-day operations of the outer London Regional Portfolio by implementing policies, procedures and practices to enable each property to meet budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.

Day to day duties. This list is not exhaustive.

  • Provides overall direction and supervision of day-to-day property management with oversight responsibility for management of the properties within the geographic region.
  • To be responsible for the preparation of the service charge budgets – to be agreed in consultation with the Head of Department and the service charge accounts team.
  • To have experience of supervising on-site staff and in the procurement of service contractors to undertake and perform maintenance and contract duties required at the properties under management.
  • To assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual maintenance expenditure
