Purpose of Position:
To improve and maintain the quality and safety for Ampath comparable with international requirements.
Requirements:
Certificate: Internal Auditor (ISO), Diploma: Management, HPCSA Registration in Relevant Register and Practice Field, National Diploma: Biomedical Technology
Required Experience:
Accreditation and Safety training experience, Internal / external auditing experience, Knowledge: Accreditation processes / procedures, Knowledge: ASISA Protocol, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: ISO, Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS PowerPoint, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), Knowledge: Open Office, Knowledge: Quality Control, Knowledge: Waste Act, Quality Control Experience, Senior and / or supervisory or managerial experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with clinical trials in order to ensure trial requirements are met, Assist with clinical trials in order to ensure trial requirements are met, Assist with the registration of EQA to ensure that effective EQA programmes are implemented, Assist with the registration of EQA to ensure that effective EQA programmes are implemented, Improve and maintain quality and safety for Ampath in order to ensure relevant QC and safety standards are upheld, Improve and maintain quality and safety for Ampath in order to ensure relevant QC and safety standards are upheld, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Manage the TQM budget in order to control expenses and ensure correct allocation of funds, Meetings and Total Quality Control workshops in order to ensure awareness and effective communication of latest Total Quality Management related information, Perform administrative tasks to ensure sufficient handling and recording of documentation, Perform TQM Specialist tasks to ensure to ensure continuous Quality process improvement
