REGIONAL REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO MANAGER (M/F/D)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the RE Operational Plan aligned with global strategies and business needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including GEA Business Divisions, RE Functions, and external partners.
- Implement and ensure compliance with RE governance and performance arrangements.
- Deliver operational services for all RE activities within the region.
- Understand and align RE approach with business plans and goals.
- Monitor changes in space and RE service requirements to adapt planning activities.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for regional business stakeholders on all RE matters.
- Manage relationships with external collaborators and service providers to meet regional targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with key internal customers and external partners.
- Oversee and support survey and feedback processes to improve RE service satisfaction levels.
- Assist in developing annual budgets for RE expenditure and monitor costs.
- Develop business cases for RE investments and obtain necessary approvals
