Description:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8-15 years of equipment sales and/or Remarketing experience.
  • Proven record of executing as a change agent through large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Comfortable and successful in influencing without authority.
  • Strong and proven negotiation skills.
  • Proven record of successfully developing business cases, creating implementation plans, and driving execution of revenue generating initiatives.
  • High degree of financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
  • A strong understanding of construction equipment and fleet operations.
  • Excellent vendor management skills.
  • Comfortable working and managing through ambiguity.
  • Great communication skills through all levels of the organization.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel competencies (VLOOKUP, pivot table, data visualization).
