Description:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 8-15 years of equipment sales and/or Remarketing experience.
- Proven record of executing as a change agent through large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Comfortable and successful in influencing without authority.
- Strong and proven negotiation skills.
- Proven record of successfully developing business cases, creating implementation plans, and driving execution of revenue generating initiatives.
- High degree of financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- A strong understanding of construction equipment and fleet operations.
- Excellent vendor management skills.
- Comfortable working and managing through ambiguity.
- Great communication skills through all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel competencies (VLOOKUP, pivot table, data visualization).
