REGIONAL NURSING RESOURCE TEAM - CNA I – WINSTON- SALEM

Novant Health is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to join our Regional Nursing Resource Team to serve as a member of a remarkable healthcare team by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their support system. These CNA’s possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in 5 facilities within a defined market: Greater Winston- Salem Market.
Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. The Professional Nursing Resource Team - CNA I is part of a market based, that is assigned to varying units to ensure that patient care needs are met within the assigned facility.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma required. Completion of NAI program required.
• Experience: One year in an acute hospital setting required.
• Licensure/certification/registration: Good standing with Nurse Aide Registry as NAI required. BLS Health Care Provider required.
• Additional skills required: Basic computer skills for documentation.
