Description:

He/She builds market position together with the AccelerAsia team by initiating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals at enterprise level for multiple AccelerAsia clients. He/She is also responsible to set and execute the sales strategy for AccelerAsia clients and all client communication.

Responsibilities:

1) Business Development
a. Define sales strategy for AccelerAsia client in the region
b. Manage the entire sales cycle and from lead qualification to closing deals
c. Develop client proposals, presentations and demos
d. Represent AccelerAsia client(s) at Industry events
e. Maintain an active pipeline for AA clients
f. Renegotiate AccelerAsia client contracts together with Managing Director
2) AccelerAsia Client Communication
a. Client owner for 2 accounts
b. Responsible for all communications with AccelerAsia clients
c. Run weekly AccelerAsia client meetings
d. Responsible for overall team reporting
3) Team
a. Manage the Sales team, set goals and strategy
b. Train and mentor new team members
c. Support in finding new talent in the market
