We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive to support the sales effort in our London & South. Properties include Four Point Express Eustron, Hilton Bankside and many others.
Working under the leadership of the Director of Sales – London, you will be an integral part of our London & South Region team, supporting with generating sales leads from local businesses, conducting site inspections, prospecting on the telephone, building meaningful connections with both new and existing customers to grow market share, and ensure that projected gaps in our business are protected by proactive, strategic sales activities.
Working alongside the centralised sales team you will be supported with Learning and Development opportunities, exposure across our whole portfolio with opportunities to grow within an agile, entrepreneurial organisation.
Ideal characteristics of the successful candidate:
- A natural “go getter” of business, with tenacity and the ability to keep focused even after rejection
- A self-motivated, driven, results-orientated individual with a proactive attitude.
- Displays high integrity and honesty.
- The ability to build relationships quickly, collaborate and work as a team.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels of the business.
- Having strong emotional intelligence.
Desired:
- At least 1 year in a sales, reservations or M&E role in a branded hotel environment.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS e.g. Brilliant, Opera, FOLS
- Knowledge of key sales systems and tools, e.g. Salesforce
