We’re seeking a Regional Sales L&D Manager to join our Cross Border team. The role involves structuring and driving L&D outcomes for the Regional Talent Solutions business, with a strong focus on sales-related training.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 years of Learning & Development experience
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze situations, identify underlying issues or needs, and develop effective solutions.
- Training Program Development and Management: The capability to design, implement, and oversee effective training programs that align with organizational objectives and address identified skill gaps.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Coordination: The aptitude to collaborate with various stakeholders, gather input, and coordinate training efforts to ensure they meet specific needs and requirements.
- Learning Technology Implementation and Management: The proficiency to effectively implement and utilize learning management systems (LMS) to enhance training delivery, tracking, and overall learning experience.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: The ability to articulate ideas clearly, present information effectively, and tailor communication to various audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and Address Skills Gaps: Identify and analyze skills and competency gaps within the cross border business unit to develop targeted training solutions
- Develop and Oversee Training Programs: Create and manage comprehensive training curricula, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with organizational goals across
- Enterprise and SMB segments Coordinate Training: Lead and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with stakeholder to address specific training needs and requirements with regards to sales related training
- Manage LMS Utilization: Implement and maintain Moodle as the Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance and support training delivery and tracking specifically for sales related content
