Responsibilities:

As our Regional Sales Lead for Asia, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our sales strategy in the region. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, Regional Lead for the Americas, and Head of Revenue Operations as part of our Go-to-Market leadership team.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of 7-10 direct reports, consisting of SDRs and full-stack sales reps (BDRs/NDMs), all dedicated to meeting high sales goals and maintaining seamless operations. Your focus will be on driving performance, guiding your team’s growth, and collaborating across departments to build a cohesive regional strategy.
