Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Europe and Balkans, who will lead sales across all channels by:

  • Developing and implementing our HVAC European GTM in the region in alignment with global strategy.
  • Analysing market opportunities to develop verticals and implementing strategies to maximize margins and increase market penetration.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and associations to monitor local market developments.
  • Expanding channels by finding the right business partners and maximizing sales in the territory with local players with HVAC sales and service capabilities.
  • Leading the sales team to achieve and exceed yearly targets.
  • Facilitating sales and service trainings with the support of the HVAC product teams.
  • Driving sales excellence and delivering performance across channels.
  • Ensuring the pricing policy is in place for each salesperson and territory/sales channels.
  • Forecasting and reporting business sales volumes as requested for different product lines.
  • Ensuring key consultants are covered and driving growth of basis-of-design.
