Regional Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• A Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biology or health science background
• Preferably with cardiology product knowledge
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in innovative medical device or technologies
• Minimum 2 years of regional experience in both direct sales and distributor sales management
• Experience leading a business unit/function in meeting sales and financial objectives

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

• To manage sales team in assigned territory to expand our market share by promoting sales activities and position the company as the leader in the market.
• To lead and ensure that the Technical Sales Representatives provide instant technical support to physicians during cases and meet sales target assigned.
• Manage distributors and representatives in the countries of responsibility.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hold and own responsibility for the quarterly LBE.
• Establish strong relationship between customer and the company.
• Create marketing programs for assigned territory as supported by Asia Marketing team to drive business growth and market expansion
• Manage and coordinate associated responsibilities such as logistics and venue for trade shows, product launches and customer events
• Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical Asia’s and Abbott Medical Singapore’s policy and requirement
• Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Singapore
• Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Singapore are executed
• Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
