Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth strategies. The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing a high performing team focused on driving business growth by identifying opportunities and making informed, timely and effective decisions. You will focus on expanding market share through the outside sales team, by building strong client relationships focused on customer satisfaction, managing sales leads and prospecting new clients. We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a blend of creativity and strategic insight capable of crafting and implementing effective, data-driven plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years experience in managing sales generating accounts.
- Proven experience in outside/inside sales, leading departmental goals and KPIs, with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial and able to make data-driven decisions with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to identify and drive new revenue growth opportunities.
- Partner with finance to design and refine comprehensive sales plans and present strategies to senior leadership for alignment and approval.
- Implement and execute sales plans effectively to meet company objectives through the expansion of customer base and by achieving revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and understand the customer need, leveraging insights.
- Plan and organize business strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth and expand new business volumes.
- Identify and pursue new strategic accounts and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Assess potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, customer requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop an outside sales team to expand the customer base and achieve strategic objectives.
- Define clear goals, targets and responsibilities for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and holding the team accountable.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to uncover and create new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to optimize strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to meet their objectives.
- Analyze feedback to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction and drive improvements in service delivery.
- Remain informed and research market trends in customer behaviour (both B2B and B2C), and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Track, manage, and develop a sales pipeline to forecast revenue and ensure accurate projections.
- Adapt strategies based on market conditions, customer feedback, and internal dynamics.
- Promote, maintain, and ensure adherence to ethical practices within the sales team to uphold company core values and reputation.
