Description:

Minimum 2-years sales experience in sales of services or in electronic payments (is a plus);

  • Self-driven and pro-active to achieve sales targets;
  • Highly self-motivated;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts;
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account;A-
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions;
  • Business and customer-oriented;
  • Good planning and organizing skills;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills both in Romanian and English ( B1/ B2 level);
  • Driving Cat. B (mandatory);
  • Available for travel;
  • Good computer skills- Microsoft Office.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business in conjunction with the bank or through own efforts or responding to merchants requests;
  • Planning, organizing, and leading of individual business meetings, development of indicative offers based on internal GP products and pricing policy rules;
  • Build a strong relationship with the designated portfolio of clients (Medium segment);
  • Build and maintain referral channels (bank and other partner branches) with the aim of maximizing revenue and lead generation opportunities;
  • Utilize knowledge and learning to assess customer needs, in order to develop plans to address them, enhance our customers’ experience and maximize contribution opportunities;
  • Monitor the activity and profitability of a designated portfolio of clients;
  • Understanding of local business and knowledge of the market;
  • Achieve monthly/ annual KPIs arising from the strategic goals set at the division level and at the individual level, according to the company policy in terms of business goals and incentive scheme. Our offer
