We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our management team for our Virgin stores in the Greater Montreal area.
Our Virgin stores are located at:
- Virgin Vertu
- Virgin Versailles
- Virgin Centre Laval
- Virgin Bourassa
- Virgin Drummondville
- Virgin Joliette
Responsibilities:
- Maximize district revenue across all product categories to meet and exceed company targets by implementing required strategies (recommended ideas, new strategies, etc.).
- Ensure consistency and quality of customer experience across all district points of sale to build customer loyalty, adhering to established company standards.
- Act as a mentor and resource for district managers regarding staff management, performance, and behavior, in compliance with applicable laws and company HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily district store operations to ensure effective cost/expense management and compliance with company strategies, rules, policies, procedures, and work methods.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate district sales service activities.
- Set, communicate, and follow up on team objectives daily.
- Contribute to strategic planning regarding new product and service lines.
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage district managers and representatives.
- Visit stores in the territory and complete related reports.
- Understand, review, and communicate sales goals/financial data, conducting regular individual or team meetings.
- Analyze specific needs of district stores and implement initiatives to address them, leveraging every business opportunity with district managers.
- Ensure good communication/relationships with employees and customers while holding the team accountable and managing issues.
- Supervise district managers, assign tasks, and provide coaching for their development.
- Participate in recruitment (e.g., needs validation, interviews, etc.) and assess new hires’ integration and training progress.
- Evaluate sales representatives’ performance alongside managers and advise on disciplinary matters in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure compliance with normal operating hours and allocated hour budgets.
- Monitor established procedures from opening to closing (daily operations) - daily report management, physical installations, merchandising, inventory, administrative follow-up, fraud prevention, etc.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 per year
