POSITION SUMMARY
In the greater Toronto Canada area, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help build and manage our sales process as a name in the cannabis industry-one relationship at a time. We are the specialty manufacturer of Olala craft sodas, VOILA! Sparkling water, TerpTonic single-strain tonics, Herbology, HAKU Blue and HAKU Red vape cartridges, and TIKI Blast 100mg high-potency elixir. PhenoTech Inc., a wholly owned technology company, specializes in manufacture and sale of ingredients including, but not limited to, extracts and water-soluble emulsions in exclusive partnership with Cirona Labs.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. RM duties will include hitting monthly targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. The RM will lead and mentor a small team, internally and external distro partner, to be successful and grow! Responsible for both people and process to ensure team goals are reached and exceeded. This individual will work closely with teams to build and execute on a strategy to meet quotas, while maintaining a clean pipeline and CRM, supporting pricing and contract negotiations, and advocating for the needs of the team. We are looking for someone who has experience in the NorCal Market specifically and ability to manage a distributor relationship
SKILLS
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have previous experience in the cannabis industry
- 3 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 25‐50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive activities with your hands for at least 8 hours at a time
- Ability to balance, reach and grasp while climbing on a step stool and/or ladder
