ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Regional Sales Manager at Wernick Hire, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, driving sales and creating lasting relationships in the Farnham and Portsmouth regions. With a legacy of 90 years and counting, Wernick Group is still family-owned, and we’re growing stronger every year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Wernick Hire’s presence.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential new customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Account Management: Open and manage new customer accounts.
  • Engage with Clients: Attend customer meetings, delivering impactful presentations that showcase Wernick Hires values.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply logical thinking to overcome challenges and meet client expectations.
  • Meetings and Follow-Up: Participate in review meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
  • Product Promotion: Introduce and promote new products to clients as required.
  • Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys as needed to assess customer requirements.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and attend client events to enhance relationships.
  • Collaborative Visits: Support depot managers on customer visits as necessary.
