YOUR IMPACT

As Regional Sales Manager - Europe, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention within the SMB/Lower Mid Market segments. You will lead and develop a diverse and high-performing team of 5-8 Account Executives, building upon the existing team’s strengths and capabilities. You will shape the European sales strategy, collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure sales efforts are aligned with company goals, and foster a customer-centric approach.
You will be tasked with modernizing the European sales organization and driving rapid growth within six months. This will involve optimizing sales processes, implementing proven sales methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement that values diversity and inclusion.
You will also play a pivotal role in collaborating effectively with marketing and product teams to ensure the development of compelling value propositions and customer-focused solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive sustainable European growth and achieve ambitious revenue targets while promoting a workplace that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
