After six years of phenomenal growth and numerous awards, we are backed by a joint venture partnership between Legal & General PLC and NatWest Group Pension Trustee Limited. We are on course to significantly transform the later living experience in the UK. We are committed to expanding our portfolio to 34 retirement villages, equating to around 5,000 age-appropriate homes for retirees.
You will be responsible for the sales activity across the Midlands to increase sales, rentals and home purchase service (HPS) revenue while enhancing Inspired Villages’ proposition in the retirement sector. The role will suit a vibrant, confident and passionate Sales Manager who has a deep understanding of managing teams ideally within the retirement property industry.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Full driving licence, with the ability to travel throughout the South of the UK.
- Previously worked in new build sales, for an estate agency, house builder or in-house
- Managerial experience within retirement property sales would be desirable, but not essential
- Great systems and CRM experience to understand sales journey, KPIs and team performance

Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams, and by assessing the team’s strengths and weaknesses
- Developing & implementing a strategic sales plan
- Managing enquiries and visits across the portfolio
- Recruiting, training and motivating members of the sales team
- Monitoring the sales journey and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team
- Establishing best sales practices and enforcing compliance with industry regulations
- Evaluating sales performances, compiling sales reports, and submitting them to senior management
- Identifying empty units and initiating corrective action to ensure positive sales activity
- Reviewing and making recommendations on processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
