Job Summary and key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Look after Up to 6 Sales branches
  • Branch Visibility weekly.
  • Managing the office in the absence of the Branch Manager
  • Assisting the Branch Manager in developing the business / attaining & exceeding set targets across key KPI’s
  • Ensuring consistent and effective canvassing systems are in place across the area
  • Responsible for continued growth of the Sales business working closely with Lettings and Property Management
  • Morning Meeting / Valuations / listings observations – Coaching – feedback provided in a structured fashion using respective forms provided.
  • Agreeing with our Marketing Team and the RSD as to what is required to ensure the satisfactory growth of market share in line with objectives from Rightmove Intel sessions etc..
  • Ensuring all Sales staff have been provided with any training required to support them in carrying out their roles in a structured and supportive environment
  • Working closely with the Central Move Management teams and ensuring that the Sales pipeline is managed in a proactive fashion and exchange predictions are hit
  • Driving the business and closely monitoring Sales targets for the offices, to ensure all targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Lettings Managers to ensure any opportunities are maximised
  • Monitoring of AML processes
  • Regularly assessing if results are in line with business expectations
  • Working with the sales teams to maximise referrals to Lifetime Legal in line with company expectations / targets for written business.
  • Ensuring any mortgage opportunities are passed to Mortgage Scout
  • Following administration procedures to deliver the highest standards of customer service to our clients
  • Assist RSD with front line recruitment for your designated area & the RSD’s region in general
  • Set a constructive, positive and “can-do” / ‘’solution based’’ environment across the area
  • Monthly 121’s with Sales Managers within the designated area (Copies to RSD)
  • Assist RSD with the successful delivery / implementation of key business focus areas for LRG when introduced
  • Delegate for RSD in periods of Annual leave / when requested
