Description:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and optimize the sales team’s daily performance, ensure revenue targets are met, and drive sales strategy across UAE, KSA, GCC, and international markets. This role requires a proactive leader who can track key sales metrics, take corrective actions to maintain profitability, conduct staff performance reviews, and provide strategic recommendations for hiring or restructuring. The ideal candidate will maintain a close connection with clients to assess service quality and will be responsible for ensuring seamless team operations, including managing leave schedules and timely reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Atleast 6 years of experience in sales operations, sales performance management, or a similar leadership role.
- Knowledge of the events industry.
- Valid driving license, and own vehicle, and knowledge of moving around in UAE.
- Native Arabic speaker. Other languages are ad added advantage
- Willing to join by February 2025.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking sales KPIs.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high service standards.
- Upto AED 15,000 AED monthly, plus visa, health insurance and travel reimbursements.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Tracking & Strategy Development
- Monitor daily sales activities, including calls, leads, and conversion rates.
- Track annual revenue targets by individual sales team members and ensure performance alignment.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy specific to UAE, KSA, GCC, and international markets.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance revenue growth.
- Revenue & Profitability Management
- Keep a close watch on revenue trends and take proactive steps to maintain profitability.
- Identify revenue risks early and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure financial sustainability by optimizing sales team productivity and resource allocation.
- Team Performance & Operational Management
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the sales team and provide structured feedback.
- Recommend hiring or termination decisions based on team performance and business needs.
- Ensure all sales team members submit daily progress reports and track overall productivity.
- Manage leave schedules efficiently to ensure business continuity.
- Client Engagement & Service Quality
- Maintain direct relationships with key clients to assess their experience with the sales team.
- Address client concerns proactively and ensure high service standards.
- Act as the first escalation point for unresolved client issues before they reach management.
- Reporting & Communication
- Provide real-time updates to management on sales progress and operational matters.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports and key performance updates.
- Facilitate seamless coordination between sales, operations, and leadership teams.
