    The Regional Sales Manager, Municipal Germany / Channel partners EU is responsible for expanding direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and territories. This person will establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and strive to meet sales targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This role requires extensive travel throughout the fiscal year, up to 60% of the time.
    This position is part of the Sales Team and will work remotely from Germany (preferably Northern area)

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Based in Germany (preferably Central or Northern area)
  • Languages: Proficient in German and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or engineering with a minimum 7/8 years of relevant Technical and/or Sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a territory utilizing a CRM (Salesforce) including planning, forecasting, managing and implementing sales plans.
  • Capability to travel via car or plane within territory for significant portions of each fiscal year.
  • It’d be a bonus if you have experience working with municipal partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for Customers, Consultant Engineers, Regulatory Agencies, Contractors and Representatives.
  • Be responsible for system sizing, pricing and commissions for all municipal systems.
  • Be responsible for all purchase orders, meeting or exceeding new customer & funnel growth targets. tenders.
  • Identify any trends or issues that could affect the marketplace, while taking corrective action to achieve orders, bookings & funnel health goals.
  • Establish and maintain effective day to day operational relationships with Channel Partners, agents, Customers, Consultant Engineers, Regulatory Agencies, Contractors and Representatives.
