Are you ready to power positive change?
Your Mission: As our Regional Sales Manager Nordics based in Sweden (Remote) and reporting to the Sales Director, your role will be pivotal in strengthening and further developing the SunPower value added reseller network in the in their geographic area into a world-class installation network. This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment; can form new and developing existing relationships with our partner base and has the vision and experience to manage a closely knit dealer network.

ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR SUCCESS:

We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes – apply anyway! Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills.
Minimum 5 years work experience in Sales in a closely related industry, i.e., high value products sold in the home, where products require installation from an expert and there is some element of after sales support. Background Solar PV market is highly preferred.
Generally, we are looking for a candidate who has successfully demonstrated his/her skills in an industry which employs some form of dealer network to go to market.
Extensive experience setting up and managing dealer channels.
Proven ability to drive aggressive sales growth and meet targets.
Strong verbal and written communication / presentation abilities.
