JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales and expanding our market presence in the Nordics, with a primary focus on Denmark and Sweden. You will will support our existing dealer network and activate new sales channels to accelerate growth.

  • Identify and analyze market routes, niches, and customer potentials.
  • Serve and expand the existing dealer network.
  • Gather market intelligence from key stakeholders (architects, project developers, etc.).
  • Conduct market analysis and competition overview.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and growth potential.
  • Identify products with the highest potential for success and adapt them to local market needs.
  • Develop and test routes to market using sound market analysis techniques.
  • Create and implement a business plan to build and grow the Renson Nordics team.
  • Start up and scale sales/partnerships with identified targets and report progress.
