Now, let’s talk about the role itself. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the BW SalesTeam as a Regional Sales Manager based in MN or WI to drive sales in the North Central regions. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, we are looking for individuals that can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a positive can-do attitude, impeccable integrity, and excellent communication skills.
This opportunity will enrich your business acumen and leadership proficiency as you engage with a diverse clientele in the industrial sector, overseeing sales channel partners and owning your region. We’re seeking a candidate eager to tackle the challenge of delivering top-notch engineered solutions for motion products, particularly in harsh and extreme environments. This role, based in a home office, offers travel opportunities aligned with performance expectations.
The ideal candidate displays energy, self-direction, and accountability, with a track record of surpassing sales targets through adept territory and account management, both independently and through third-party channels. Your resume’s metrics will be the telltale sign of your success and drive.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Signature Experience that leaves customers and prospects wowed (Find out more: BW Signature Experience).
  • Lead new business development, seizing opportunities that open doors to new revenue streams, untapped markets, and enhanced capabilities.
  • Foster new customer relationships to fuel regional expansion.
  • Develop and uphold a comprehensive regional TAC (Target Account Conversion) plan, ensuring regular visits to all current and target customers.
  • Perform professional sales calls, passionately advocating for our company’s services across your territory.
  • Showcase your expertise in selling our value proposition over mere price considerations, especially in harsh and extreme environments.
  • Dive into industry conferences and regional gatherings, staying ahead of the curve in your field.
