About the role
The Regional Sales Manager role within the CopRice Ag Retail team is a highly autonomous role that requires daily, weekly and annual management advice to be delivered to our key accounts within the CopRice business in NSW and QLD as well as the broader Ag Retail Team. T Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Provide guidance to the business and development opportunities, sales processes and build sales teams skills that enable CopRice to sustain optimum commercial outcomes
Provide key account management to help achieve budgeted sales outcomes and customer retention by providing commercial insights into market trends and opportunities.
Active involvement in meeting CopRice budgeted profit and sales figures and involvement in shaping the direction of the overall Sales & Marketing plan.
Support the development and ongoing implementation of strategic outcomes for Sales and Marketing plans within the business.

This role requires you to travel an average 60% of your time, you can work from home when not travelling.
About You
Ideally you will have a minimum of five years’ experience in the retail industry, agriculture / pet, within sales, business development or account management along with people management experience. You also have:
Experience developing and executing long term strategies that have ongoing mutual benefits.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, you are also decisive in your problem-solving approach, you have strong organisational and planning skills, and you are a natural influencer, able to influence and engage and make a difference.
A natural leader, you are collaborative in your approach, are driven and results oriented. You are able to nurture your team whilst keeping them accountable.
