Responsibilities:

  • Managing in-store teams; management of up to 15 stores
  • Driving projected sales & KPI’s to reach and exceed company profitability targets
  • Wage percentage goals
  • Conducting stocktakes
  • People development goals and visual merchandising within your area to deliver a profitable outcome for the business
  • Ensure consistent appearance; policies and procedures are followed by all stores
  • Recruitment, Training and development of store teams
    This senior appointment will require a candidate with drive, dedication, commitment, and business acumen, to manage and support the company’s business goals for our portfolio of stores.
