JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in robotic welding systems for the metal structure fabrication sector.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining high-level client relationships, and leading strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, particularly in industrial equipment, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, particularly in industrial equipment, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Education:


    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Experience:


      • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the industrial equipment sectors.

      • Demonstrated success in selling complex technical solutions, within the metal structure fabrication industry is a plus.
      • Skills:


        • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

        • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex systems.
        • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
        • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
        • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
        • Other Requirements:


          • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.

          • Valid driver’s license and passport, to be able to easily travel to Canada.

          • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:


            • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including industry events, cold calling, and networking.

            • Develop and execute a regional strategic sales plan to target high-potential clients in the metal structure fabrication sector.
            • Client Relationship Management:


              • Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

              • Provide expert consultation to clients on the benefits and applications of our robotic welding systems.
              • Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
              • Sales Execution:


                • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

                • Manage complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
                • Sales Reporting and Analysis:


                  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

                  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress.
