Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager SEA to join an industry-leading organisation. This role is perfect for a sales professional who thrives on providing exceptional value to end-user customers and supporting a dealer network. This position requires leading sales efforts across Japan, India, China, and South Korea.
Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager SEA, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s success in this region. Your primary focus will be on increasing our sales volume and market share within the Mining and Construction markets. You will have the opportunity to develop key initiatives, motivate dealer personnel about our products, programmes, and pricing while fostering strong relationships with dealers and end-user customers. Your expertise will be crucial in introducing new products, facilitating ideas for new product development or modification to current products. You will also be responsible for collecting and communicating relevant market information to help us stay ahead of our competitors.
- Develop and implement key initiatives to increase sales volume and market share within the Mining and Construction markets
- Evaluate and improve distribution within the territory by motivating and training dealer personnel about products, programmes, and pricing
- Foster strong relationships with dealers and end-user customers
- Understand all sales opportunities in the territory and take positive action to capitalise on these
- Introduce new products, new uses or applications, and facilitate ideas for new product development or modification to current products
- Collect and communicate relevant market information on competitors’ products, pricing, & promotions, market dynamics, and machine population
- Coordinate with Management to resolve issues with product warranty, inventory maintenance, payments and pricing issues within your scope of authority
- Plan an itinerary and conduct Sales calls on a weekly basis and report activities in call reports
