QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in health sciences, biology, economics, or marketing.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including 3 years of management and sales coaching experience.
- Superior relationship-building skills and fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your sales team, providing constructive feedback and developing sales strategies.
- Conduct joint visits with sales representatives to motivate and coach them.
- Oversee sales activities and ensure the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze market statistics to develop targeted action plans.
- Deliver product goal-oriented sales training to improve the quality and impact of detailing calls.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with other functions.
- Contribute to the innovation of internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and local regulations.
- Report observations and experiences from the field, including competitor intelligence and environmental observations.
- Forecast sales development and product consumption.
- Follow up on competitor activities and communicate relevant information within the leadership team.
- Deliver weekly progress reports to the manager.
- Manage the process required to ensure the execution of action plans and meet financial results.
