Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Contribute to sales and profit growth through leadership and technical sales in Central and Eastern Europe for underground construction. Establish and maintain relations in the Industry including contractors, concrete producers, designers, societies, universities etc. Sales include untapped potentials like diaphragm walls, underground stations and more through technical support and design.
Grow the business through prospect and lead management.
Keep track on underground projects on size, process, timing and sales potential.
Manages the sales process through frequent and close stakeholder contact from needs analysis, proposals and price setting over negotiations towards closing the deal and facilitating credit control.
Builds deep insights in the related market, customers, products, applications and competitors.
Provides monthly forecasting and reporting and manages the budget.
Supports the industry with designs and solutions for improved cost and environmental impact.
Work with commercial team to research and identify changes in customer / market needs and collaborate with Market Segment Leads and technical team to develop new products that improve Bekaerts’s ability to meet those needs.
