Description:
OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a strategic and results driven Regional Sales Manager - Automotive to join our team in Baulkham Hills. This is a senior role where you will be leading our automotive and retail sales team in achieving the regional budget.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for profitable growth of Valvoline’s Automotive and Retail Business segments in the ANZ region.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and directing the Automotive and Retail teams in all sales activities to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
- Driving sales volume & profitability by establishing sales and pricing strategies.
- Establishing and attaining Automotive and Retail sales budgets for the region.
- Conducting Monthly Business Reviews with Sales/Regional Leaders on financial performance, pipeline management, forecast outlook and people development.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Senior Management of existing and prospective Automotive accounts in the region
